Terms & Conditions

• Each pass is a unique, individually-scannable QR code, valid for one person, for the night(s) or dates it was issued for.
• A pass is non-transferable. Forwarding a pass to multiple people, or presenting multiple screenshots of the same digital pass, is strictly invalid — each digital pass can be scanned and used only once, by one person.
• You are responsible for keeping your pass safe and not sharing it with anyone else. We are not responsible for any pass that is lost, shared, screenshotted, or used by someone other than the original holder.
• Passes are sent only to the email address supplied at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure this detail is accurate.

• Right of admission is reserved by the organizers. Entry may be refused, at our discretion, including for a genuine or suspected invalid, duplicated, or previously-used pass.
• Re-entry is not permissible. Once you exit the venue, your pass will not be valid for entry again, regardless of the time remaining in the event.
• The event will follow all safety and security measures as required by the venue and local authorities, including security checks at entry.
• The following are strictly prohibited inside the venue: alcohol and illegal substances; weapons; glass bottles; firecrackers; and any dangerous, hazardous, or sharp materials.

The organizers will not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, or loss of personal belongings during the event. You attend the event at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety and belongings.

• Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, HDFC SmartGateway. By completing a payment, you confirm that the payment details provided are your own or that you are authorised to use them.
• Any payment gateway fees or transaction charges levied on a payment will be borne by the user. We do not absorb or reimburse these charges.

Event dates, timings, venue, or lineup may change due to circumstances beyond our control (including weather, venue availability, or government/authority directives). We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any material changes to pass holders in advance where possible.

Tickets/passes, once sold, are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as described in our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of a pass will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
